Is the free tier really free — no credit card required? +
Yes. The free tier requires no account and no credit card. You can study the full 128-question guide and take one practice test per day completely anonymously. We will never ask for payment information until you choose to upgrade.
How does the 24-hour free trial work? +
When you start a Pro subscription, you get 24 hours of full Pro access at no charge. If you cancel before the 24 hours are up, you will not be charged anything. If you continue after 24 hours, your first payment will be charged after 24 hours. You can cancel any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes — cancel any time, no questions asked. When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after that.
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes. If you are not satisfied within 24 hours of your first paid charge, contact us at billing@passthecivicstest.org for a full refund. After 24 hours, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
What languages does Pro support? +
Pro supports Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese — the five most common languages among naturalization applicants in the United States. All official question and answer content is fully translated. Memory hooks are currently being refined by native speakers for each language and will be added as they are ready — we will notify you when your language is updated. More languages are coming — you can request yours on our feedback page.
